Cryptocurrency Wallets

A cryptocurrency wallet is software that let's you store your private and public keys. It also interacts with the system (i.e. for Bitcoin, the blockchain) letting you send or receive cryptocurrency.

There are many different cryptocurrency wallets available for download online. While we can guide you on where to find them, it is your responsibility to conduct due diligence to ensure that your coins are safe. We cannot endorse any of the following wallets; they are out of our control.



Bitcoin Wallets

There are many different types of Bitcoin wallets available (i.e. Desktop, Online, Mobile, etc.) for download. Below you will find a list of these along with a link to the wallet's details page (click on the name; URL embedded).


  • Blockchain - The world's most popular wallet.
  • Coinbase Vault - Offers time delayed withdrawals, multiple "approvers", and offline storage.
  • Armory Wallet - Offers cold storage and multi-signature support.
  • Copay - Available on iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Linux, Max OS X, and Windows (desktop).
  • Electrum - Focus on speed and simplicity and low resource usage.

Ethereum (Ether) Wallets

There are many different types of Ethereum wallets that are available for download. Below you'll find a list of Ethereum wallets that you can choose to download. Much like Bitcoin, Ethereum wallets are offered on Mobile, Desktop, and Offline wallets.


  • Exodus - Desktop multi-asset wallet (wallet for multiple cryptocurrencies).
  • Jaxx - Multi-asset mobile wallet.
  • Mist - The official Ethereum wallet for desktop.
  • MetaMask - Desktop and Chrome plugin wallet.
  • MyEtherWallet - Web wallet.

Whichever wallet you choose to use, it is highly recommeded that you verify the wallet provider for honesty. We cannot stress this enough. We would hate to see people being scammed out of their hard-earned money by wallet providers that simply want to steal your cryptocurrency.
